Terms

1. Your payment of 50% of the total fee as a deposit signifies that both parties have confirmed the service reservation and agreed to abide by all the terms of this agreement.

2. The remaining 50% of the payment must be paid in full within 24 hours from the end of the event, in a manner agreed upon by both parties.

3. Failure to pay the final payment within the aforementioned period will be considered a breach of contract. We reserve the right to charge you an overdue fee (5% of the outstanding amount as an administrative fee) and the right to pursue legal action to recover the full amount owed and related losses.

4.客戶需在服務進行期間，對本公司提供之所有器材負上保管責任。如因客戶或其賓客之人為疏忽、錯誤操作、惡意破壞或任何不可歸責於本公司之原因導致器材損壞或遺失，客戶需承擔全數之維修或重置費用。費用將包括但不限於零件、人工、運輸及相關行政開支。

5. If the event needs to be rescheduled due to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm, all paid fees will automatically apply to the new event date. Please book a new date with us within 3 months. We will give priority to arranging your event. If we are ultimately unable to cooperate due to scheduling issues, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting the costs already incurred.
